1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the jili4 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through jili4.app (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players and visitors.

By completing the jili4 registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by simply accessing and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of jili4 following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The jili4 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jili4 complies with the laws applicable in your location. jili4 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any sanctions that would prohibit your use of the Platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming features on jili4, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jili4 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jili4 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jili4 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili4 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jili4 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jili4 of unauthorized access.

3.4 Account Suspension & Closure

jili4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where jili4 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jili4 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the jili4 cashier section and may vary by payment method. jili4 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any applicable identity verification (KYC) requirements. jili4 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any additional verification requirements. jili4 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jili4 is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. jili4 may request supporting documentation for large transactions and is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where legally obligated to do so. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits by the same account holder.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jili4 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free game credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your jili4 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds will expire upon the end of the validity period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jili4 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where jili4 reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any other conduct that jili4 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jili4 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. jili4 works exclusively with game providers whose fairness credentials are independently verified by recognized testing laboratories.

Specific rules for each game are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jili4's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. jili4 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions on the player's device, internet connectivity issues, or power outages.

In the event of a game malfunction or error that results in an incorrect payout, jili4 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a manifest error are not valid and will not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili4 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jili4 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

jili4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. jili4 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic logouts after a specified period of play;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform;

jili4 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and cooperates fully with PAGCOR's player protection guidelines. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the self-exclusion. Any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed and any balance forfeited.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jili4 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the property of jili4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jili4 Platform without the prior written consent of jili4. Any unauthorized use of jili4's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jili4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili4 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jili4 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jili4 makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform's content for any particular purpose.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jili4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jili4 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

jili4 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and anti-money laundering bodies where required by law. jili4 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jili4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jili4 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jili4 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jili4 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jili4's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jili4 will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or competent court.
